LM2596 Universal LED LCD TV power supply module DC/DC adjustable step down power supply module board


Input voltage range: DC 3.2V～40V (The input voltage must be 1.5V higher than the output voltage. It cannot be boosted). Output voltage range: DC 1.2V～35V voltage is continuously adjustable, high efficiency (maximum 92%), maximum output current is 3A.
Advantage: Use SMD aluminum electrolytic capacitors, high-Q and high-power inductors. In addition, each board has undergone a technical test to be done individually. Specially designed 2 screw fixing holes. The four input and output pads are all provided with pin header fixing holes.
Precautions: For long-term work, it is recommended to use the current within 2.5A, and add a heat sink (over 10w output). Because it is a step-down module, in order to ensure the stability of the output, please keep the limit of 1.5V drop.
Voltage regulation: Connect the power supply (3～4V) to adjust the blue potentiometer knob (usually turn clockwise to boost, counterclockwise to buck) and use a multimeter to detect until the output voltage reaches the required voltage.

Scope of application
1. Vehicle-mounted stabilized power supply, only need to connect the input terminal of this module to the car cigarette lighter to supply power, you can adjust the potentiometer, the output voltage can be adjusted arbitrarily between 1.25-30V, charging lights for your mobile phone, MP3, MP4, PSP Many devices are supplied with power, which is very simple and convenient. 2. When the equipment needs 3-35v power supply and there is no corresponding voltage power supply in hand, this module can be used to conveniently adjust the voltage to the required voltage to solve the problem. 3. System working voltage test. This module can be used to debug the working voltage range of various voltage test systems when doing projects, which is very easy and convenient.
