Shenzhen, China — Creatall, a professional manufacturer of audio amplifier boards since 2010, today issued an official clarification regarding its CA-3138A TPA3116 digital stereo amplifier board. The statement follows the recent appearance of third-party promotional comparison images that use photographs of the CA-3138A board — with the model number clearly printed on the PCB — together with output figures that do not appear in any official Creatall material.
"We normally let our products speak for themselves, but when buyers are asked to make decisions based on numbers, those numbers should be real," a Creatall spokesperson said. "Here are the facts."

The official specification of the CA-3138A, published on the Creatall website and in the company catalogue, is straightforward:
![]()
| Parameter | CA-3138A official spec (published by Creatall) | Figure used in the third-party comparison |
|---|---|---|
| Amplifier chip | TPA3116 | Not disclosed |
| Stereo output power | 2 * 50 W (same rating TI gives the TPA3116D2) | Claimed "40 W + 40 W rated / 90 W + 90 W max" — a figure found in no official Creatall material |
| Input voltage | DC 8 – 24 V | Not stated |
| On-board 5 V USB output | Yes — powers Bluetooth modules / small devices | Not mentioned |
| Certification & QC | CE, RoHS; IQC/IPQC/OQC/FQC; 100% tested before shipment | Not mentioned |
The board shown in the comparison and the CA-3138A use the same amplifier chip — TPA3116. The same silicon cannot honestly be rated at one power level in one photograph and a different level in another. The chip manufacturer's own datasheet states 2 * 50 W into 4 Ω at 21 V (10 % THD+N) — exactly the figure Creatall publishes.
Figures such as "90 W + 90 W max" or "150 W + 150 W maximum" are peak numbers measured under specific conditions at high distortion. They are not continuous power. Placing one board's peak figure next to another board's honest catalogue rating is not a comparison — it is marketing. Creatall states catalogue power the same way the chip maker states it, and always advises customers that ratings are measured under specific conditions and provided for reference only.
The official CA-3138A product page lists the board at 2 * 50 W. If a comparison image shows a different number, that number did not come from Creatall.

Creatall is a Shenzhen-based manufacturer founded in 2010. The company operates IQC/IPQC/OQC/FQC quality gates, holds CE and RoHS certification, and tests every board before it leaves the factory. Customers in more than 50 countries — from repair shops to speaker brands — rate Creatall five stars not because it shouts the loudest, but because the numbers it publishes are the numbers it delivers.
Creatall has never used another company's product photos or models in its own marketing without permission. This statement names no one and copies no one's tactics. It is simply a statement of Creatall's own facts, so that every buyer can make a decision based on real data.
If you are comparing amplifier boards, Creatall is happy to send datasheets, test conditions, or samples. Ask anything — the answer will be the same as the one on this page.
